Returns Policy

We really hope you don't have any problems with your ammo box speaker but if you do then we are here to help.

Firstly drop us a line to help@ammoboxspeaker.com or via the DM services provided by the various social networks we are on and we'll see if we can help fix your problem without the need to return it. If that doesn't work then we may need to get it back here to resolve the issue.

We offer a return to base one year warranty where you can return the item to us (at your expense), we will then diagnose and fix the problem and return the speaker to you (at our expense) for up to six months from the date of purchase.

Note that this warranty does not cover the following items :

• Any issues with the battery past the first 30 days of ownership
• Any damage caused by exposing the speaker to excessive heat, cold, moisture or other hostile conditions.
• Physical damage caused by mis-treatment or lack of due care and attention when using the speaker including playing music at a sustained and excessive volume which could damage the speakers.

If, upon receiving the speaker, we determine that any of the above exceptions apply then we will provide a quotation to fix the speaker and you can elect to have the speaker repaired and returned at the quoted price.

If the warranty period has expired we can provide a quotation to repair the speaker and return it to you. Alternatively if you decide you no longer wish to keep your speaker we may be prepared to offer a "buy back" price and purchase the speaker from you for repair and resale. The price we pay will reflect the condition of the speaker and any issues that may be present.
